After much poking around I finally located the map views of the various locations in the DAA .erf files and extracted the main area ones. These have been cleaned up slightly (read: cropped and centred) from their raw sizes. There are a LOT more of them than just the few here, as they go right down to every different interior location map as well as all the exterior places, some in multiple versions.
Anyone else interested in going digging for others of these, they’re buried in your dragon age install (the one under program files, not my documents) in addins/dao_prc_ep_1/core/env and subdirectories, in the .gpu.rim files, down near the end of the list of dds files as xxxxxx_mmap_ph.dds
